Our high strength full spectrum CBD capsules keep things simple: full spectrum CBD distillate, raw whole plant paste and extra virgin hemp oil in a plant-based capsule. That’s it. Choose your strength
- Standard: 40mg CBD per capsule, the usual starting point if you’re new to CBD capsules
- High: 80mg CBD per capsule, our most popular strength for regular daily use
- Extra: 120mg CBD per capsule, our most concentrated option, for experienced users who know their level
The Food Standards Agency’s current advice is for healthy adults to keep to about 10mg of CBD a day. In our view that figure is precautionary rather than a practical ceiling: the FSA’s own advice was 70mg a day until autumn 2023, clinical research uses doses in the hundreds of milligrams, and many regular users settle somewhere between 25mg and 100mg or more a day. Start low, give it a fair trial, and build up gradually. If you take prescription medication, or you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, have a word with your GP or pharmacist first. How to use & store
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, with or without food. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight, out of reach of children. Not suitable for under-18s.

What’s the difference between full spectrum and isolate capsules?
